    John Santmyer

Jon Santmyer is a longtime Bills superfan that continues to fight stage 4 melanoma. Since his diagnosis in 2017, the Farmington, N.Y. resident and father of two has endured immunotherapy, several rounds of high-dose radiation to the brain, four high-risk brain surgeries, and more recently, radiation and chemotherapy. This past February, Jon and his wife Erica learned that the cancer has returned to his brain. His condition quickly deteriorated, leaving him unable to work and struggling to get around or communicate. Recent palliative care and an outpouring of support have brought improvements to his quality of life as of this writing, but the family continues to face heartache and uncertainty.

Jon is as humble as they come and among the Mafia’s most devoted members, dating back to his days attending Jim Kelly Football Camp as a kid. He has been to more games than he can count—in all the conditions. His favorite memory: the 1990 AFC Championship when James Lofton caught his touchdown and the Bills scored first. “We were walking up to our upper deck seats and the crowd was electric,” Jon says. “It was amazing—it felt like the stadium was shaking.”

Funds raised through sales of this design will help support Jon and his family. Please consider a purchase or a donation to his online fundraiser.

    Chiavetta’s Catering

Chiavetta's has been a BBQ staple in Western New York since we fired up the pit in 1954. For nearly seven decades, we've had the pleasure of serving mouthwatering BBQ to our community. Our story is one of tradition, and our hearts are deeply committed to Buffalo, the city we call home.

From our beginnings, we've grown to serve the community through parking lot pop-up chicken BBQ's, takeout, catering, and fundraising. Our core values of commitment, community, and tradition are not just words to us; they're the very essence of who we are. We're not just a BBQ destination; we're a part of the community's fabric, bringing people together through a shared food experience.
