  • The Need

    Keaton Braun

Keaton Braun is a 14 year old student-athlete from Lake View, NY. He was diagnosed with leukemia in early September 2024. During initial treatment, he faced complications requiring emergency surgery—but has shown incredible resilience, positivity, and selflessness throughout.

Keaton approaches his battle like an athlete recovering from an injury. Sports—especially hockey, football, and lacrosse—have been a vital source of motivation as he looks forward to returning to competition.

Keaton has been supported by family, friends, amazing coaches and teammates and his medical team at Oishei and Roswell that have encouraged him through each phase of treatment.

With over a year of treatment still ahead, funds from this campaign will help Keaton focus on healing and getting back to the things he loves. He’s also excited to start at St. Francis High School in the fall, continuing both his academic and athletic journey.
