  • The Need

    Kelly Weingart

Kelly Weingart is a devoted wife and mother, a teacher of more than 27 years, and a loyal, caring friend who always puts others first—especially her family and students.

In July 2025, after a routine mammogram, Kelly was diagnosed with Stage 3 metastatic breast cancer that had spread to multiple lymph nodes. She underwent a skin-sparing bilateral mastectomy, lymph node removal, and DIEP flap reconstruction before she could begin chemotherapy.

Though advised to take at least eight weeks to recover, Kelly returned to work after just six weeks due to financial necessity and her dedication to her students, delaying the start of chemotherapy. Despite pain, exhaustion, and emotional strain, she continued teaching while caring for her family.

Kelly has completed her first round of chemotherapy and is now beginning her second, with weekly treatments for the next three months. Radiation and hormone suppression therapy will follow, along with another surgery later on. This journey has been long, exhausting, and financially overwhelming.

Still, Kelly continues to fight with strength and determination—like only a true Bills Mafia Babe can. Any funds raised will help cover medical expenses and lost wages. Funds raised through sales of this design will help support Kelly. Please consider a purchase or a donation to her online fundraiser.
