  • The Need

    Boe O'Brien

Boe is courageously battling a rare brain teratoma, a type of brain tumor that accounts for only about 2–4% of brain tumors in children and approximately 0.5% of all brain tumors, making it an extremely uncommon diagnosis.

As Boe undergoes treatment and recovery, the financial burden on his family continues to grow. Medical expenses, travel costs, and day-to-day living expenses have created significant strain. Boe's father, Jake, is a self-employed construction contractor and in order to care for Boe during treatments, appointments, and recovery, Jake has had to spend substantial time away from work, resulting in a loss of income at a time when expenses are at their highest.

This fundraiser will help ease the overwhelming financial pressure facing Boe and his family, allowing them to focus on what matters most: Boe's health, treatment, and recovery. Every purchase, donation, and act of support helps provide stability and hope during this challenging journey.
