Anthony J. "AJ" Fay is a husband and father to three young kids (7, 5, and almost 3). In 2022, he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Stage 4 cancer, Cholangiocarcinoma (Bile Duct Cancer).

AJ has gone through constant chemotherapy, a failed liver transplant, medical complications, monthly procedures, and now unable to work, and is still courageously fighting daily to spend every precious moment with his wife and kids by his side.
