  • The Need

    AJ Fay

    Anthony J. "AJ" Fay is a husband and father to three young kids (7, 5, and almost 3). In 2022, he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Stage 4 cancer, Cholangiocarcinoma (Bile Duct Cancer).

    AJ has gone through constant chemotherapy, a failed liver transplant, medical complications, monthly procedures, and now unable to work, and is still courageously fighting daily to spend every precious moment with his wife and kids by his side. His family is in need of your prayers and support through his battle with cancer. Funds raised through sales of this design will help support AJ and his family.

    Sean Pruso

    Located in Upstate, NY, Sean is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan with a soft spot for charity.

    During his down time, Sean likes to dabble in the world of graphic arts as well as enjoying the world of sports in its many forms. When 26shirts was launched, Sean reached out to ask the simple question "How can I help?" This shirt is his way of contributing to the cause.
