  • The Need

    Cole Sinatra

Cole Sinata is a brave 9-year-old boy who is fighting pediatric liver cancer. He was first diagnosed in November 2025 and immediately began chemotherapy. In March 2026, Cole received a liver transplant at UPMC in Pittsburgh.

During a follow-up visit, doctors discovered that the cancer had spread to his lungs. Cole continued receiving chemotherapy treatments in both Pittsburgh and Buffalo, but his medical team recently determined that chemotherapy alone is not enough.

After consulting with his doctors, Cole and his family plan to pursue additional treatment at UCSF in California, where they will work directly with a physician who specializes in his rare form of cancer. His treatment will likely include additional surgery and radiation.

This is tough, but Cole is tougher.

Money raised through this campaign will help Cole and his family with the ongoing medical and travel expenses associated with his treatment.

    Cole Strong!
