    The Need

Brian was a loving husband, father, brother, son, friend, lifelong athlete, and coach whose story brings light to the severity of traumatic brain injury and its lifelong effects.

Brian grew up playing ice hockey in Auburn, New York and played in college at Towson University. He was always a sports lover, especially a die hard Bills and Syracuse fan. Brian sustained many traumatic head injuries during his time as an athlete and was later diagnosed with epilepsy. Brian struggled with seizures, extreme migraines, memory loss and other health issues until one seizure ultimately took his life. The family’s Avalon park community in Orlando, Florida has rallied around Christy and their two sons Jackson and Chase. Christy now honors her late husband through education and advocacy for safety, specifically concussion prevention and treatment, for children in sports. Funds raised will help the Fronczek family with funeral costs and other needs, especially for the boys, as a result of this tragic and untimely loss. Please consider a shirt purchase, or donation to the online fundraiser.
