    The Need

    Génesis Cruz is a an incredibly strong and spunky 7-year old, which is exactly how her mom, Abigail knew something was wrong. In August of 2019 Génesis began complaining of severe leg pain. On August 12th, Génesis was taken to Children’s Hospital where she was diagnosed with stage 3 Neuroblastoma. Unfortunately she has been fighting ever since.  To know Génesis is to love Génesis. The middle of 3 kids, ages 6, 7 and 8-it is clear who rules the roost. Her diagnosis has never defined her and she can often be found running around with her dog Toby.
