    The Need

Scott Benjamin aka "Mr. Brown" was a lifelong Buffalonian - except for his service in the Army - who loved building bikes, fishing, traveling, and his three children and five grandchildren. Anyone who's ever participated in a Slow Roll Buffalo community bike ride has probably shared at least a smile and song with Scott, whose low-key kindness and Jes Roll bike crew are among the leading lights every Monday night.

Scott passed from Covid-19 in December at age 63. Proceeds from shirt sales will help the family cover funeral expenses, and if enough is raised, friends and family will create a Scott Benjamin Bike Scholarship for Buffalo youth to share in Scott's love of bicycling and community.
