What started as just a sore arm in 2019, turned into a devastating diagnosis for Jim Rosenberg. Jim noticed his arm started getting progressively worse as time went on, & was losing mobility in his muscles. Eventually a surgery was scheduled in hopes to fix the issue, but the Coronavirus Pandemic forced the procedure to be postponed. Jim's surgery was finally rescheduled in February of 2021, but what doctors thought would help unfortunately did not. After multiple physical therapy sessions & tests, Jim received the shocking news in June that he has ALS, aka Lou Gehrig's disease.
Jim has faced many hardships since receiving this diagnosis, including diminished mobility. He is expected to continue to lose movement in his other muscles as time goes on, making it very difficult for him to live life as he knew it. He now needs constant help to accomplish everyday tasks.
The around-the-clock assistance Jim requires creates many challenges as well as financial concerns; a burden that someone who is battling ALS should not have to worry about. We humbly ask you to please consider a shirt purchase that will help Jim with his medical bills, or you can donate to his online fundraiser.
