Lindsey is a 38 year old amazing woman who has a heart of gold. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at birth, and later lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, and is in need of our help to further her journey in life. In the last few years, she has been slowed down by her disease process more than ever. She is now confined to an electric wheelchair to carry out her activities of daily living. In a typical day she has to sit in her chair for roughly 12 to 14 hours. Her powerchair is heavy and makes it hard for her to get around the communitydue to lack of transportation options.  She needs a converted van for her powerchair to get around for things such as doctors appointments, simple every day living and enjoyment of life. Lindsey is always the first to help anyone who is in need. She goes above and beyond to help her friends and family with any situation that arises. Asking for help has been the hardest thing she has ever had to do. Every purchase of this design will help Lindsay in purchasing a converted van.
