Brian Cramer had been sick approximately a week when he went to the ER on March 8. He was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia, and treated with antibiotics at home. As his condition continued to worsen, he was eventually given IV antibiotics upon his return to the ER, then later transferred to Allegheny General Hospital. While awaiting a bed, Brian took a turn for the worse, and his oxygen level dropped to 70. At this point, things became critical, so he was placed on a ventilator and life-flighted to West Penn in Pittsburgh where he remains critical condition. He has tested positive for influenza and his caregivers say they've not seen anyone this young this severely ill. Having recently been laid off, Brian has no medical insurance and his medical bills will be staggering. Please consider a shirt purchase or donation to his online fundraiser.
