    The Need

    Lucas Lowe, a boy from Akron, NY, is presently at Sloan Kettering Hospital in NYC. He is currently undergoing a CAR T-Cell trial. The hope is the engineered t-cells will destroy the leukemia. Once Lucas is in remission he will then have a bone-marrow transplant. He has a very long difficult road ahead. Learn more about Lucas and his story at his GoFundMe page.

    "My name is Scott Flick and I love to draw. Always have. I live (born & raised) in Buffalo, New York. I am a single father of 2 wonderful children. I love the Lord, my family, my friends, my pencils (LOL), and most of all, my 8 year old prince and my 6 year old princess.

    "As a kid, my mom would hand-make gifts for those she loved in lieu of purchasing them. I used to think it was because my parents were cheapskates. I later learned that it was more about the heart and less about money. She used to tell me that the wonderful thing about making a gift for someone was that for the duration of the time she spent on their gift, her mind and heart were always thinking of them.
