The Need

4 year old Luke Gomez was recently diagnosed with a rare form of terminal brain cancer known as Medulloblastoma. Proceeds from this shirt will assist his family with treatments that are not covered by their health insurance. Learn more about Luke here: LINK

The Artist

David Czerwinski lives south of Madison, Wisconsin.

David works full time as a Graphic Arts Director at Kollege Town Sports in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up a Buffalo fan, following the likes of Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, and Bruce Smith.
