The Need
Shannon Schmitt is a loving wife and mother. It was recently discovered that she has a brain tumor that required surgery for it to be removed. Hopefully it appears that it isn’t cancerous, however there will be a long road to recovery. She is currently self employed, and will be unable to work. Her husband, Micah, works in the cafeteria of the Amherst Schools and will need to take some time off to support her, and their son.
